Free Workshop
The Connecting Crisfield Community Through Art mural project workshop invites participants to join a hands-on session to contribute to a collaborative mural that represents Crisfield's local culture and beauty. During the workshop, attendees will receive a kit containing all necessary art supplies, ensuring that everyone—from beginners to experienced artists—can participate comfortably. Guided by local artists, individuals will create their own artwork, which will be arranged in a mosaic style to form a vibrant 8’ x 12’ mural depicting a sunset, dock, water, and crabs in a basket.
The workshop’s atmosphere is designed to foster creativity, community, and connection as participants paint alongside friends and family. Everyone is encouraged to express their unique vision, knowing their contributions will become part of a lasting legacy for Crisfield. The experience is both educational and inspiring, offering a chance to learn new techniques, share stories, and make memories while helping to build a loving, collaborative public art piece.
