Free website class for artists & small businesses in the Crisfield Arts & Entertainment District
The Crisfield Arts & Entertainment District Project will offer a free website class for artists and small businesses on April 29th from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the Crisfield Library, 100 Collins Street.
This course will allow artists and small businesses to create a simple website to increase digital marketing potential. This site is not intended to sell retail products but rather to help potential buyers visitors searching online to find the artist or business location and contact information. Computers will be provided for workshop attendees, or you may bring your own laptop. Free software from Wix will be used to create a website.
The CrisfieldArts.org website and this presentation are created and led in collaboration by Jennifer Smith, a performing artist and marketing consultant, and Jennifer Merritt, the Crisfield Arts & Entertainment District Coordinator.
To allow adequate time for one-on-one assistance, only six participants will be allowed to register, so sign up early at CrisfieldArts.org. The free class is sponsored by the Crisfield Arts & Entertainment District Project. The Crisfield Library supports this class through the free use of the space and computers to hold this workshop.
